The Denny Sanford Premier Center will be hosting the 2018 National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic February 16th-18th, 2018.  This event focuses on the outdoors and the passion for pheasants, quails, bird dogs, shooting, cooking wild game, and more importantly the drive to pass on the hunting heritage to the next generation.  This trade show has plenty to offer, with vendor booths offering tips on wildlife conservation, dog training, habitat management and restoration, wild game recipes, and of course, pheasant & quail hunting.  Throughout the weekend, seminars will be held on various topics pertaining to the outdoors and shooting sports.  The seminar schedule can be found here

From A1 Al's Pheasant Ranch to Zoom Dog Supplements, event goers will be able to find everything from A-Z.  Kennel clubs, hunting and fishing outfitters, firearms, optics, jewelry and art, insurance, snowmobiles, food items, lodging, apparel, footwear; the list goes on and on of what to expect while browsing almost 400 vendor booths. For a complete list of participating vendors, click here

The 2018 Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic also has a Bird Dog Parade.  Registration for the parade is Friday morning at 10:00 AM with the parade starting at 11:00 AM.  The parade is the official beginning of the trade show.  Participants and their owners will walk the show floor and stop on the parade stage where they will be introduced by name, breed, and owners name.  This is a great opportunity to learn about the different breeds of bird dogs. The parade capacity is currently full but some breeds are still missing from the show list.  If you have one of these breeds and are interested in joining in on the fun, there is still time to register.  More information can be found here.

General admission tickets to the event are still available.  Find more information and purchase tickets on the website 2018 National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic
